**Job Description:**
We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to sell our solar panel solutions. We are also looking for employees that have experience closing deals in regards to selling solar. Successful candidates will possess excellent people skills, thrive in a team environment, and be passionate about making a difference in the world.
**Responsibilities:**
- Knock on doors and engage with potential customers to introduce our solar panel solutions.
- Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets on a strictly commission-based structure.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Attend training sessions to learn about our products and sales techniques.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
**Compensation:**
This position offers a strictly commission-based compensation structure, with the potential to earn between $5,000 to $7,000 per deal on average. We provide thorough training to help you succeed in closing your own deals and building generational wealth while contributing to a greener planet.
