- Generate new residential leads and sales opportunities, and close company-generated leads
- Qualify existing leads and sales opportunities
- Manage entire sales process from origination to ensuring customers are thrilled with us (customers make the best referrals!)
- Navigate customers through the Solar rebate process, including any required regulatory paperwork
- Prepare pitch material and sales presentations
- Visit customers to perform site visits, record notes and take photographs to evaluate needs, and promote company products including solar and storage
- Be an ambassador for Bullet EV and Bullet Solar, helping to build our brand and reputation with customers
- Maintain client records in our CRM system
- Ambition to conquer one of the fastest growing industries in the country
- Strong work ethic, dependable, a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
- Ability to learn quickly
- Experience with either EV Charger, Solar or Storage is sales preferred, but not required
- Self-starter comfortable in startup mode
- Team building and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Must have a reliable source of transportation with a valid DL and clean record
