Salary Rate: $37,856.00
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for updating consumer files and ensures they are accurate and accessible for other employees. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for performing bookkeeping tasks to support daily business operations. Duties include responding to phone calls or emails and maintaining an organized filing system. This position is full time position.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Personal Needs Checks
- Prepare Personal Needs Allowance Monthly Closing
- Input Rent Charges and Collections for Housing Programs
- Provide Rent Schedules and follow up on rental arrears with designated staff.
- Process Checks for Conserved Funds to HRA
- File all required documents.
- Assist on special projects.
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Associate degree or current student.
PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
