Our team is taking the professional fundraising world by storm. Our Albuquerque based team is expanding to meet client demand, and has an immediate opening for a Full Time Fundraising and Customer Service Associate to assist on-site at our community based fundraising events. Our business was founded on the idea that creating meaningful relationships directly with our clients target customer base is the key to exceeding expectations. The ideal Fundraising and Customer Service Associate will be outgoing, love working as part of a team and excel in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Fundraising and Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Handle all on-site marketing, sales and customer service logistics
• Facilitate donations from potential customers by providing informational presentations
• Work with fellow Sales & Customer Service Trainees to successfully execute each promotional campaign
• Maintain a clean and professional image at all times
• Stay up to date with all client information, their non-profit status and community initiatives
• Participate in group training opportunities

Fundraising and Customer Service Associate Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service related role
• Some college coursework in a related field preferred but not required
• A desire to be in a leadership and mentoring role
• A drive to grow with a company and develop long term career opportunities
• An open mind and willingness to continue learning new concepts and strategies

Pay for this position is determined by individual performance and strictly commission based.

Pay: $500.00 - $900.00 per week
