Full Administrative Bookkeeper Position Available

Join our dynamic team at Oceans’ Financial Group, a thriving accounting firm dedicated to providing reliable financial services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance department and contribute to our success.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy to manage our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as reconciling bank and credit card statements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Formal education or training in Accounting, Finance and related field
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software (Both Desktop and Online)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
