Are you ready to take charge in a pivotal role that values your organizational skills and managerial expertise? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Office Manager to join our team and drive our operations forward.

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Take charge as the hands-on office manager, overseeing both local and overseas staff, approximately 10 employees in total.
  • Workflow Management: Drive efficiency by managing workflow to production, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Office Management: Handle the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Organizational Skills: Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for liaising with staff and customers alike.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
