Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Take charge as the hands-on office manager, overseeing both local and overseas staff, approximately 10 employees in total.
- Workflow Management: Drive efficiency by managing workflow to production, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Office Management: Handle the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Organizational Skills: Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for liaising with staff and customers alike.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
