Key Responsibilities:

· Own the product onboarding process for our e-comm websites – including gathering and processing images, content, video, specs and other relevant information to get products setup and ready for purchase.

· Collaborating to prioritize projects, manage deadlines and recommend better methods or tools for optimizing the online experience.

· Build and launch email marketing campaigns – coordinating assets, building emails in CRM platform (Hubspot) and sending emails to the database

· Regular site audits to identify functionality or content that needs to be updated/fixed.

· Assist in developing and implementing new landing pages on multiple websites

· Basic reporting on website page visits, email performance and improvement recommendations.

Experience & Skills:

· 2-4 Years of experience in an online environment but ready to take on more responsibility and to grow

· Detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at one time

· Ability to set, manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Exceptional communication skills to work cross-functionally with many areas of the organization – marketing, product management, sales, exec team

· Self-motivated and willing to learn in a technology heavy environment

· Willingness to test out new ideas, providing recommendations, testing methodology and follow-through reporting of results

Technical Skills:

· Knowledge of front-end web codes such as HTML and CSS.

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator.

• BONUS – Adobe InDesign experience

· Proficiency in Hubspot - building lists and launching weekly email campaigns

• BONUS - setting up and managing automation campaigns in Hubspot

· Understanding of ERP systems

• BONUS – Netsuite experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
