Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Maintain phone etiquette standards and handle incoming calls professionally
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Perform general office clerk duties when needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Experience in payroll administration and vendor management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in administrative tasks and software applications
- Ability to develop training programs for staff development
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
