Magellan Financial is Hiring an Office Manager Near Little Rock, AR

Job Overview:
Retire Path Financial is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and development
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Oversee administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience in financial office management is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
