JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Along with these administrative task, this position will will be expected to work with managers and other staff members to ensure that office tasks are completed. Our office administrator will also assist our operations manager with completing applications or necessary paperwork and tracking progress for closed jobs.
DUTIES
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
SKILLS
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong supervisory skills to manage administrative staff
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Experience in the solar industry is not required as long as you're willing to learn this line of work.
