- Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in store management or a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques and stock management
- Familiarity with retail management software systems
