Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store alongside the General Manager and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment. Your main duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the team during your shift
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues
- Training and mentoring new team members
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with management to implement new policies or procedures
