Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Duties:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff

- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support

- Recruit, train, and supervise team members

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Proficient in basic math calculations

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
