NOWSTO HOME INC a growing company located in the heart of New York City's Garment District, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Decor Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in North America.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the home decor market.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to grow market share and revenue.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major North American retailers.

Negotiating and closing sales contracts to achieve or exceed targets.

Overseeing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Contributing to the development and launch of new home decor products.

We are looking for a candidate with:

5-10 years of experience in sales management within the home decor or housewares industry (or a closely related field).

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with our team.

Excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the North American retail landscape.

Experience in negotiating and closing deals with major retailers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A passion for home decor and a keen eye for design trends.
