Job Summary As Human Resources Manager, you'll lead and manage practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your role is crucial in shaping a productive and inclusive workplace. Primary Responsibilities Serving as a subject matter expert for human resources, talent mgmt. and employee relations. Managing the staffing execution to workforce plan. Leading the deployment and execution of HR cycle processes and projects objectives. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive a highly collaborative and inclusive work environment. Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Requirements Possess extensive management experience to showcase your comprehensive HR knowledge. Possess experience in employee relations, talent management and business partnering with leaders, managers and employees. Be able to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders. Be able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Be analytical and technically skilled in human resources. Compensation and Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $112,047 to $140,463 per year depending on the geographic market.
