Job Description: 

Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs aimed at acquiring new customers for Helium Mobile. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share through targeted strategies and innovative tactics. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

  • Campaign Crusader: Lead the charge in developing daring marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers. From brainstorming bold ideas to executing epic campaigns, you'll be the hero of our acquisition efforts.
  • Channel Champion: Harness the power of marketing channels to reach our target audience far and wide. Whether it's digital, traditional, or downright unconventional, you'll be the master of them all.
  • Content Connoisseur: Craft compelling messaging and captivating content that stops potential customers in their tracks and leaves them clamoring for more.
  • Data Dynamo: Dive deep into the data trenches to uncover hidden insights and track the performance of our campaigns. With your analytical prowess, you'll turn numbers into actionable strategies that drive results.

🎓 What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, growth marketing, or related field.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing out-of-the-box campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with design, product, and engineering to execute campaigns and programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights that inform on customer acquisition tactics and strategies.
  • Ability to quickly execute and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines on the go.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS required

  • Pay varies depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. For candidates outside of metro market areas, we use the state average.
  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
  • Nova Labs targets the 50th percentile of the pay scale for new hires.
  • The salary pay scale for the target experience and target skill set US locations:
    • Tier 1 (San Francisco / New York City): $102,000 - $138,000
    • Tier 2 (Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, CA State Avg): $92,000 - $124,000
    • Tier 3 (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, Philadelphia, Sacramento): $87,000 - $117,000
    • Tier 4 Other, Miami, Columbus, Raleigh-Durham, SLC, Orlando, Eugene, NH, San Antonio): $82,000 - $111,000
