Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at Wise Financial, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our practice. You will collaborate closely with financial advisors and senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales acumen and relationship-building skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.

· Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire high-net-worth clients and build long-term relationships based on trust and value.

· Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for growth and differentiation.

· Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including centers of influence, professional associations, and community organizations, to generate referrals and strategic alliances.

· Sales Support: Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and financial analyses for prospective clients.

· Client Engagement: Facilitate client meetings, seminars, and events to educate prospects on our services and value proposition.

· Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, activity goals, and performance metrics as outlined by senior management.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the business development process.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services.

· Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
