Our well-established CPA firm client has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper with at least three years of experience handling clients Bookkeeping and helping with tax preparation.

Our well-established CPA firm client has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper with at least three years of experience handling clients Bookkeeping and helping with tax preparation.
Duties:
- Bookkeeping for 20 or more clients using QuickBooks
- Processing client Payroll and filing payroll taxes
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Preparing and filing client sales & use taxes
- Prepare client 1040, 1065 and 1120 tax returns for review by CPA
- Must have at least three years of experience working for a CPA/Accounting firm
- Must have QuickBooks experience
