Role Description:
We are looking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant that will work closely with our Controller. The Staff Accountant will assist in the analysis and reconcillation of accounts to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconcillation of bank account.
- Prepares and records journal entries by gathering and analyzing information.
- Preparers and analyzes reporting of business operations for management.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process (including 1099s for year-end close).
- Problem solves accounting and financial problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field, CPA or CPA Candidate a plus, Public Accounting a plus.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Computer Skills - Proficient use of Micfosoft Excel and Google Suite, working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Understanding of Accounting Principles, GAAP.
- Mathemathical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations.

Physical Environment
- Daily travel is required, must be able to commute daily to customer locations and on-site projects.
