Noi Due Cafe, a high paced Italian restaurant on the Upper West side, is looking for an experienced PM floor manager to join our team. Pleases reply with resume.

As a lead member of our front-of-house service team your duties will include :

Essential Duties :

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
• Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations;
• Coordinating the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts;
• Managing staff and providing them with feedback;
• Responding to customers;
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's policy;
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff;
• Organizing and supervising the shifts of front of the house;
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.

Essential duties of all employees :

• Friendly / cordial when dealing with the membership and other staff
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
• Follow procedures as outlined in employee handbook.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of hours worked.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation- 75-85k
