Front of House Manager

Salary: $65,000

Location: New York, NY

I am seeking an experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager with a versatile background in both Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Full-Service environments. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, casual setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising front-of-house staff
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests, addressing feedback and concerns, and resolving issues promptly
• Implementing cost-control measures and strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar FOH management position
• Quick and Full-Service experience
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing a diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Understanding of basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization, to manage FOH budgets and contribute to overall financial performance
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
