Food Runner Responsibilities

• Know the full food menu and be able to pass a food test in English
• Assist with setting up your station at the kitchen pass
• Run food from the kitchen to the tables and be confident about table and seat numbers
• Be able to present the dishes and their major components, as well as answer any questions guests might ask you
• Be aware of food allergies and handle them with the utmost attention

Server Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visit
• Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; complete daily checklist and side work assignments
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists
• Assist with setting up the seating area, including napkin and silverware stationsPrevious bussing/running experience in a high volume environment
