The Bowery Group is looking for outstanding Managers to join our team! The Bowery Group is owned by husband and wife duo, Chef Marc Meyer and Vicki Freeman. Our culinary team is lead by a James Beard nominated Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja. We are excited to add people to our group as we look forward to an upcoming busy season!
We are looking for bright, energetic, and service-driven managers with an aptitude for providing effortless service. Strong candidates will have a positive attitude and a commitment to creating the best experiences for our guests through food, beverage and the personal touches that elevate the dining experience.Requirements
- 3-4 years of Progressive Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume/ fast pace fine dining restaurant
- Experience with hiring and desire to train, and mentor a diverse hourly staff
- Manage all day to day shift operations- Drive excellence and standards with safety, food, beverage and guests- Train, lead and develop staff to grow and to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality- Weekly scheduling and day to day labor management- Foster positive relationships between FOH and BOHOur Benefits:
