We are looking for a warm and cheerful office coordinator for a busy modern boutique dental practice in Noe Valley. If you are a motivated self-starter, enjoy interacting with patients and have an excellent work ethic we would like to hear from you.

You would aide in the following areas:

• Check Patients in/out
• Collect Co-Payments
• Schedule Next Treatment Visits and Present Treatment Plans
• Printing and Scanning
• Answering Phone Calls
• Other Administrative Tasks
• Eaglesoft and Dolphin Software management

Requirements:

• Knowledge of front office functions
• Must have at least 1 years of Dental experience
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond for our patients
• Excellent work ethic
• Enjoys working with patients
• Team Player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
