Work location: Singapore (in office)

Description

The Places Team at Cloudflare is searching for a hard-working Front Desk Coordinator to be the first line of delight in our Singapore office. You are friendly, outgoing and patient with an obsession for organization and a knack for keeping it together in a (really) fast-paced environment. You're also a self-starter who's willing to do whatever it takes to help make the Cloudflare Singapore office a wonderful place to be for employees and guests alike. This is a contract role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the entrance area is neat and tidy at all times.
  • Greet and register Cloudflare guests and interview candidates.
  • Assist with tracking and providing building badges to new hires/visiting employees.
  • Accept/Collect and distribute mail and deliveries as well as send the occasional parcel.
  • Restock stickers, t-shirts and company swag.
  • Interface with catering, food, janitorial, maintenance and security vendors.
  • Help with event planning, setup and teardown.
  • Participate in workplace planning meetings as needed.
  • Report site maintenance, unsafe office conditions and security issues to Office Operations Manager.
  • Provide general administrative support on an on-going basis.

Requirements

  • Customer service oriented with an outgoing, patient and professional demeanour.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment (50 pounds) as needed.
