Meet the Office:

Welcome to Dental Studio SF! Our team is composed of compassionate and caring professionals that all strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of comprehensive dental care available. We have a state-of-the-art environment and all we are missing is you! We are looking for an upbeat and motivated front desk associate to join our team. If you’re looking for a rewarding career and new dental home, you’ve come to the right place!

Ideal Candidate:

  • Personable and friendly
  • Motivated team-player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dental office experience
  • Reliable professional

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule patient appointments accurately
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records following HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinating patient referrals
- Handle medical records requests efficiently

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$25-35/Hr (flexible based on experience)
