Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Licensed MFT and a Certified SUD Counselor to provide treatment o individuals with addiction and recovery challenges.
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Document on client progress and behavior
- Assist with daily medication passes
- Provide life skills group
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
Experience
- Experience in crisis management and intervention
- Knowledge of addiction & recovery
- Previous experience in addiction and recovery or healthcare
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
- Understanding of ethics and boundaries with provider and patient
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Background in behavioral health
