Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Peer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will provide assistance and guidance to individuals in need of behavioral health and addiction counseling services. Your role will involve motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and mentoring to help clients navigate through challenging situations. Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and objectives
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals with addiction or behavioral health issues

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in addiction, behavioral health, or related field
