We are currently looking a Program Supervisor for our Criminal Justice and Municipal Grants Program at our Cactus facility in Phoenix.
The Criminal Justice and Municipal Grants Program Supervisor whose primary role is to oversee the staff and operations of CBI Criminal Justice and Municipal Street Outreach grants programs. The Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day operations of these programs, providing guidance and direction for the Navigators to ensure the program operates according to developed programming and procedures. The Supervisor will ensure coordination occurs between the Navigators and the assigned support service provider to move participants quickly through any housing processes, SMI evaluations or other required coordination of care services. The Supervisor will assist with the facilitation of staff meetings as needed. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Navigators thoroughly document their efforts according to agency policy. They will be responsible for continuously reviewing HMIS and NextGen reports and working with the team to clean up discrepancies timely. This position entails other duties such as UltiPro Maintenance, Scheduling, Time Card Review, PTO Approval, and Disciplinary Review.
