The Program Coordinator will report to the Assistant Dean, Private Sector Careers and Director of J.D. Recruiting and Professional Development and will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of all Office of Private Sector Careers (OPSC) programs and events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the implementation and execution of all workshops, panel discussions and recruiting and professional events hosted by OPSC. This includes practice interview programs, the Early Identification Program (EIP), the LLM Interview Program, Fall and Spring OCI, numerous firm receptions, all professional development programming, etc.
• Serves as the front office liaison to all visitors to OPSC and manages the main career services email account and phone line.
• Posts all approved open positions, employer events and announcements to Symplicity or Campus Groups as appropriate.
• Process all payments received by the office.
• Track employer activities on campus and manage the office calendar.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Symplicity smart platforms, a plus.
