The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support, receptionist duties, and event coordination support, in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This position provides direct support to senior management; scheduling appointments and maintains calendar; handles travel arrangements; composes a variety of correspondence and materials; prepares reports and presentation material; proofreading, screening phone calls and visitors, and additional administrative duties.
