NewTechWood is Hiring a Marketing and Communications Coordinator Near Houston, TX
We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help with the day-to-day management of marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of work experience in a marketing or related role. Our Marketing and Communications Coordinator should have a solid understanding of marketing practices along with a strong copywriting background, exhibit meticulous attention to detail and possess strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable and have experience with coordinating and executing trade show planning or have experience managing a similar event. In addition, the ideal candidate will have SEO experience and can enhance SEO best practices for our company. Our Marketing Coordinator will work with our team to maximize the effectiveness of our initiatives and to organize materials and events for our company.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Create and coordinate the implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns and promotional programs for the company
- Copywrite, edit and distribute relevant marketing campaigns for the company
- Design, order and maintain inventory of marketing materials such as brochures and media
- Coordinate and execute all marketing aspects of trade show planning
- Book shows and booths throughout the year for the company
- Stay up to date on new developments in the marketing field, including new marketing techniques and software
- Create and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness
- Maintain content on social media pages
- Support operational needs such as collateral inventory management and ensuring collateral orders are up to date
- Develop and implement SEO campaigns to maintain, optimize and improve current website
Hybrid options are not available and position is expected to report daily in person to our job location.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
