Today, we support 1,600 public schools and thousands of teachers, serving almost 1,000,000 students, in their most critical work: deciding what and how to teach, helping keep students on track to graduation, and preparing students for success beyond high school. New Visions directly manages a network of 9 charter high schools across the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens.

You’re a friendly, approachable Administrative professional looking to transfer your skills to a mission-driven organization. You are extremely detail-oriented and can effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time. This role requires:
What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee various daily operations, including inventory management, office repairs coordination, vendor management, and event support. You will maintain and ensure the functionality of office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, poster makers, and postage meters. You are on the frontline of support responsible for the efficient maintenance and management of the New Visions Central Office.
