New Story Management is Hiring a Remote HRIS Analyst

This is a remote role.

The salary for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience and education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the Applications Manager in the optimal function of the HRIS and Timekeeping systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, and triaging of the HCM support inbox and HRIS tickets generated through the IT ticketing system.
  • Responsible for validating system interfaces run properly through daily report generation and audit.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS and Dimensions end users.
  • Supports HCM functions across all business systems, third-party systems, and databases. Works collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to support functional and technical needs.
  • Assist with account provisioning, user account updates, account deprovision processes, and security customizations.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
