**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commercial Tire Sales Representative you are responsible for selling new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services by managing current customer accounts and developing new accounts. If you have a passion for sales and customer service we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Create or increase truck tire sales through regular solicitation
- Scheduling fleet service appointments and coordinating appointments with the service department
- This position requires frequent local travel from customer sites to establish and further build relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Attending online sales training and continually building product knowledge
- Ensuring prompt resolution of tire adjustments and ensuring that customer casings are handled appropriately
- Delivering tires to customers as needed
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, sitting and squatting
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
