Job Description:
- Manage new product implementation on the fixed income side. Engage with all functions within the bank and ensure technology is ready to support implementation.
- Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define ross functional plan, project scope etc.
- Manage workstream project managers and ensure Project plan in line with NatWest Markets Project Management Methodology
- Proposing and implementing operating model and delivery plans
- Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes
- Manage risk, issues, dependencies. Clear path/escalate accordingly
- Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones
- Raise change control requests (as required)
- Support quality assurance reviews
- Manage Project Financials
- Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues
- Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project
- Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met
- Follow NatWest Markets Project framework and familiarity with Agile
- Must have product knowledge of Fixed Income projects
- Must have worked with Client before
- Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills
- The candidate must be a detail oriented.
- The candidate must be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Builds cross regional relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project and Visio required.
- 5 years' experience in Project Management preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile preferred.
