The Project Manager is an important role given they oversee all aspects of the project (post sale) ensuring the remodeling contract is executed flawlessly. You will assist in providing a remarkable customer experience while applying sound business judgment. 

What you might bring:

  • 1-3 years of Construction Management experience
  • A professional appearance – with focus being on customer service.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate and control costs

What you will do:

  •  Manage projects for customer satisfaction, profitability, and future process improvements
  •  Provide consistent high-quality craftsmanship and communication to customers
  • Initiating pre-install meetings to review scope of work with homeowner to set job expectations and scheduling
  •  Provide leadership — advancing safety, teamwork, and discipline—resulting in efficient and professional contract completion
  •  Review and understand scope of work and project specifics ensuring positive customer experience and compliance with local building codes
  •  Schedule and secure materials, equipment and deliveries, paying special attention to using inventoried materials and special-order items to meet budget and minimize waste
  •  Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors
  •  Monitor quality of installations and conducting a post inspection
  •  Advise customers on possible changes to scope and provide change orders directly to the customer all without prior approval by a supervisor
  •  Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
