We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations of our properties in large LA area. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable management of our properties, while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property management and a strong understanding of legal and administrative processes.
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that arise
- Enforce lease terms and handle evictions, if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and property performance
- Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations related to property management
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
