Job Description
Kape Property Management is seeking a bright and hungry professional Property Manager for multifamily properties located in the Los Angeles area. Previous Property Management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or experience equivalent, Appfolio experience a plus. Applicants must also be highly skilled at communicating and working in an organized manner and small office environment.
Base salary of $55,000-$70,000.

- Organized
- Proficient in English
- Spanish a plus
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or similar field
- 2 – 5 years experience in property management
- Appfolio experience a plus
- Spanish language a plus
