Job Description
Kape Property Management is seeking a bright and seasoned professional Property Manager for multifamily and commercial properties located in the Los Angeles area. Previous Property Management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or experience equivalent, Appfolio software experience a plus. Applicants must also be highly skilled at communicating and working in an organized manner and small office environment.

- Spanish a plus
- Some Appfolio software experience
- Previous property management experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or similar field
- 3 – 10 years’ experience in property management
- Appfolio experience a plus
- Spanish language a plus

Salary: $56,000 - $75,000
