FULL-TIME (Mon-Fri) assistant property manager for a commercial property management office in Koreatown. Consistent reporting to ownership. Training will be provided with broad exposure to property management, but candidate MUST be willing to perform admin / routine duties.
Work involves:
supporting property operations on behalf of ownership
maintenance and vendor management,
community/tenant management,
lease administration,
bookkeeping,
administrative duties.
Qualifications required:
Undergraduate degree from an accredited university required
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
1-5 years previous experience in the property management field
Highly motivated fast learner
Exposure to commercial property management preferred
