Position Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner will lead HR initiatives at the Chicago facility (manufacturing and office operations), foster positive employee relations, support and coach managers, champion employee engagement initiatives, and ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
This position is part of the corporate-wide HR team and is responsible for effectively executing HR strategies, programs, and policies in the day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a history of effectively managing HR programs while strengthening workplace culture, employee relations, and partnering with management and executive teams. The ability to converse in Spanish is highly desirable. This is an onsite role.

Physical Requirements: Long periods of sitting or standing at an individual computer workstation; time spent walking and standing on production floor as necessary.
Working Conditions: Primarily in a temperature-regulated office environment; some time in busy production environment, with varied noise levels.
