OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to all inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaison between vendors and management
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned
  • Assist CEO and Business Operations Manager with any/all tasks assigned 

COMPETENCIES:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies

  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years administrative experience; or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Google Drive a must; experience with SharePoint a plus. 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn new tasks
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities
  • Exacting attention to detail 
  • Reliable, timely and very dependable
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • ONSITE required in Brentwood, TN – Maryland Farms 37027: Able to commute daily or relocate before starting work (Required)

This position requires that the employee be present as scheduled and that absences are kept to a minimum.

Annual vacation blackout period - No time off approved from 10/01 to 12/07 annually.

(**Blackout period is subject to change at the sole discretion of management**)
