Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized marketing coordinator to join our rapidly growing organization. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll own the coordination and execution of several marketing initiatives, including both offline and digital campaigns. You’ll also create compelling content focused on engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent written communication skills, balances structure with creativity, and excels at project management with impeccable follow-through.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Own the coordination, planning, logistics, communication, and execution of campaigns such as webinars, eBlasts, events, digital advertising, and more–working with both internal and external resources
  • Regularly create content and collateral that is polished, on-brand, and maps to the sales and marketing funnel, including email content, 1-pagers, sales decks, etc.
  • Manage and update website content, email marketing and nurturing content, Hubspot and 6Sense content, and social content
  • Report-out the success of various campaigns and content; constantly refine content and campaign efforts based on results
  • Manage other projects and campaigns as needed; collaborate cross-departmentally with teams such as sales and CX
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing or related field
  • Hubspot experience and familiarity with database segmentation, workflows, etc.
  • Firsthand experience managing/coordinating campaigns
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Must possess excellent project management skills and communication skills – both written and verbal, and a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with WordPress and 6Sense are a major plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
