Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate client leads.

Client Outreach: Build relationships with potential clients through effective communication.

Social Media: Manage and enhance our social media presence to increase brand awareness.

Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls, introduce products, and set appointments for the sales team.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team for a cohesive approach.

Events and Networking: Represent the agency at industry events to generate leads.

Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Social media and telemarketing experience desired.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with insurance products and services a plus.
