MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
SUMMARY
Works with all functional teams to successfully execute marketing strategies across the company and externally. Maintains a holistic view of Estes Design & Manufacturing marketing communications program and ensures activities and tasks are handled efficiently and in a timely manner according to priorities. Promotes an outstanding customer experience through marketing communication in support of Estes' broader business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Participate in annual planning process; gather key internal information required for planning
- Assemble and maintain department budget; consult with management for oversight as needed
- Liaise with agency and serve as primary point of content pursuant to project management and workflow
- Liaise with executives, sales team and other key stakeholders
- Ensure information is flowing between departments and that stakeholders are appropriately engaged in relevant marketing activities
- Facilitate workflow and approvals inside commpany and with agency
- Identify, manage and support identified key performance indicators
- Provide support for key company events
- Support the development of and vet editorial content including customer success stories, articles, and videos; channel to agency
- Coordinate press release and article requests; channel to agency
- Collaborate with agency to develop direct/targeted marketing campaigns, including but not limited to lead generation, email, and social media
- Collaborate with agency on social media strategy; coordinate visual assets
- Develop presentations as needed/requested
- Maintain and manage internal creative assets
- Provide sales support as needed/requested
- Support executive management as needed/requested
- Assist with special projects as needed/requested
- Coordinate internal approvals as needed
- Proofreading as needed
- Coordinate and share website analytics information
- Manage outside vendors as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two (2) years’ experience in related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with production and electronic pre-press
- Familiarity and some experience with event coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
