Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Mundo-Tech, Inc. is a fast-growing, award-winning manufacturer of fabricated tube assemblies for aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. The Customer Service Representative will be an entry-level, full-time position from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, fluent in Microsoft Office, and comfortable working with others throughout the organization.

This position is located in Rogers, AR and does not offer relocation benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and enter all Purchase Orders into ERP software
• Review customer contracts
• Pass approved PO's to the Planning Department
• Provide administrative support for production planning and logistics
• Work directly with customers and maintain customer relationships
• Assist with file control
• Document scanning and shredding
• Performing general office duties such as typing and operating office machines

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 year of experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
