Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Laborer at Mundo-Tech in Rogers, AR. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the manufacturing process, including but not limited to: operating machinery, assembling components, packaging finished products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Experience with tube bending or fabrication is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
