Dog Wash Front Desk Receptionist at Muddy Marley's Dog Wash
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding services
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain records of customer interactions
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Directly assist with self serve wash clients and their pets
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and self serve wash tubs
- Perform tasks to get self serve tubs and equipment needed for self service wash clients
- Answer questions and provide assistance to self service wash clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with animal care office procedures is a plus
-Familiar with different dog breeds and their coat types
