The Mt. Lebanon School District in southwest Allegheny County is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Human Resources.
This is a full-time, on-site, 12 month permanent position, offering a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
The salary range is likely to be $110,000-$127,000 per year.
The benefits package is comprehensive, with components that are in alignment with the District’s Act 93 Agreement.
As a member of the District’s Central Office administrative team, and under the supervision and direction of the Superintendent of Schools, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the leadership, planning, organization, direction, and coordination of all human resources functions of the District.
The Director of Human Resources leads and directs the efforts of a human resources team to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents; provides strategic direction for the District’s human resources systems, procedures and processes; supports the educational performance and financial stability of the District; and collaborates to execute programs for the District’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
This is a high-profile, public facing position providing exceptional leadership and vision to ensure continuous organizational development and improvement, exercising good stewardship of district resources, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming school environment that recognizes and celebrates the diverse identities and abilities of all staff members, and members of our school community at large, in the furtherance of the District’s mission, “To provide the best education possible for each and every student.”
